If you would like to be part of a powerful group of local women making an immediate, direct, and positive effect on the lives of our neighbours and want 100% of your donations to go directly to the chosen charity, join us in making a change!
By filling in this registration form, you understand that you will be making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Saskatoon to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each of four meetings) which is given directly to charities serving Saskatoon and surrounding areas. You agree to fulfill your donation commitment, even if you did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote or are unable to attend one of the meetings. You also consent to your information being stored in the 100 Women Who Care Saskatoon database which is used for internal purposes only. You understand that you can withdraw your membership at any time by contacting us through our "Contact Us" form.
Once you have registered, you can expect a confirmation email within one week from the 100 Women Saskatoon email account. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us.
Release and Waiver of Liability
The registrant (the "Releasor") hereby acknowledges:
(a) that 100 Women Who Care Saskatoon is an unincorporated volunteer organization; and
(b) alcohol may be served by third parties at meetings of 100 Women Who Care Saskatoon.
The Releasor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally releases 100 Women Who Care Saskatoon, its organizers and volunteers (collectively, the "Releasees"), from and against any suits or actions, any claims or demands whatsoever which may be brought by the Releasor for damages resulting from the actions and/or negligence of the Releasees whether under the provisions of any statute, common law, equity or contract.
By submitting my registration to become a member of 100 Women Who Care Saskatoon, you acknowledge that you have read this release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
